Katherine "Kathy" A. DeGasperis, age 68 of Canton, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025. She was born in Canton to the late Guido and Jennie (Simile) DeGasperis. A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School, she was later employed by Fisher Foods and the Biery Cheese Company. Kathy enjoyed reading and knitting in her free time.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Rozanne Confalone and brother-in-law Joe Brogdon.

Kathy is survived by her son Tyler Woodarski; siblings Donald (Gayle) DeGasperis and Anna Marie Brogdon; brother-in-law Anthony Confalone; and best friend Linda Matheson.

Friends may come pay their respects at the Rossi Family Funeral Home from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday, August 21, 2025. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
