Linda M. Parr, age 49 of Massillon, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024. She was born in Canton on April 12, 1975. Linda graduated from Perry High School, and after received her Associate's Degree from Kent State Stark. She was employed by the Canton City Health Department where she worked as a clerk, and worked for Job and Family Services before that. Linda loved to take care of other people, and always supported her daughter, Janessa, in everything she did. She always had a smile on her face, an infectious laugh, and was a light to others.

She is preceded in death by her mother Natalie Parr. Linda is survived by her father Mark Parr; daughter Janessa (Derrick) Goliday; grandson Jordan Goliday; brother John (Kristen) Parr; and sister Tonya Lynn (Dennis) Grey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews Emma and Jack Grey, and Giovanni, Dominic, and Kateri Parr.

Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Sunday, July 7, 2024 from 3 to 5 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Lake Cable Club House on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m., with a balloon sendoff to follow. If attending either day, please wear bright colors to celebrate and honor Linda's life.
