Louis J. Chirillo, age 72 of Canton, passed away Saturday. Born in Canton to the late Louis and Antoinette (Dima) Chirillo, he was a member of St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish. He was a graduate of Timkin Voacational High School, a member of the Ohio Gun Collectors Association, the NRA, and the McKinley Rifle Club. He was involved in competitive shooting for forty years, and won numerous medals and honors for his shooting. Louis was also a member of the Electrician Union and the Massillon Eagles. He was the owner of Mo'Joes Coffehouse & Cafe. He is survived by his two children Chad (Colleen) Chirillo and Trinette (Jim) Kinney; and sister Donna Hoover, all of Canton. Also survied by his grandchildren Brittany and Summer Kinney, and Cayden and Camryn Chirillo; his long time companion and best friend, Penny Pappas, of Canton; and his loving pet, Booboo. Family and friends will be received at St. Anthony/All Saint's Catholic Parish on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 12 noon at the church, will Rev. Tom Kraszewski at celebrant. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. When I walk to the edge of all the light that I have left, I believe one of two things will happen, there will be something solid for me to stand on or I will be taught how to fly.
