Lucinda M. Cutlip, age 90 of Canton, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021. She was born in Canton on March 28, 1931 to the late Frank and Gladys Melchior. Lucinda retired from Timken Mercy Hospital in 1995, and a was member of Christ the Servant Parish. She was an excellent cook, and there was nothing she could not stitch with a needle.

Along with her parents, Lucinda was preceded in death by her husband Oliver Cutlip; three sons Joe, Ted, and Steve Plottner; one brother, Frank, and one sister, Sally. She is survived by her children Terrance (Jeanne) Plottner, Cynthia (Charles) Dilbone, Scott (Saundra) Plottner, Samantha (Jeffrey) Miller, and Sally (Jay) Coca. Her legacy, love and spirit will forever be cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and by all who were fortunate to know her.

Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 a.m. at Christ the Servant Parish, with Msgr. Lewis Gaetano as celebrant. Entombment will follow in North Lawn Cemetery.
