MADALINE M. DeSTEPHEN, age 84 of Canton, passed away at home early Sunday morning. Born in Sewellsville, Ohio to the late Michael and Mary (Carpenter) Swallie, she was preceded in death by her brothers Theodore, Richard and Denver. She was a member of St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Rudolph DeStephen, daughter Donna DeStephen, grandchildren Alicia Lupi, Rudolph Lupi, Joselyne Conley, Shawn Jenkins, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 11 am to 12 noon at the Rossi Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 12 noon. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish in Madaline's name for memorial masses.
