Maria (Dasco) Infantino, age 91 of Canton, passed away Thursday evening at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Tricarico, Italy to the late Pietro and Maria Olivia (DaBraio) Dasco, she was preceded in death by her husband Domenico in 2010, brother and sister-in-law Sabato and Maddalena Dasco. She was a member of St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish since 1970 when she and her family came here. She retired from the AC Towel Company after 15 years of service. Survived by her children Benny Infantino and his companion Karen Price of Canton, Rosa (Antonio) DaBraio of Perurgia, Italy, grandchildren Mary Infantino, Flora (Emanuele) Polpetta, Lino DaBraio, 3 great-grandchildren , Francesco, Laura and Alessandro Polpetta, brother-in-law Rocco Infantino of Germany, sister-in-law Antoinetta Infantino of Italy and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 am at St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers , memorial donations may be made to St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish or Mercy Hospice.
