Martha E. Santangelo, age 90 of Canton, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022. She was born in Canton on September 21, 1932 to the late Earl and Ida (Rambo) Robinson. Martha later retired from Charter One Bank, where she worked as a receptionist. Throughout her life, Martha had many hobbies, including bird watching, playing bingo, putting together puzzles, and shopping. She also loved going on casino trips with family and friends.

Along with her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband Michael Santangelo; sons Ronald Thompson and Lowell Thompson II; and sisters Marylin Morrison, Edith Warner, and Betty Robinson.

She is survived by her children Diane (Dave) Steinbach and Mark (Laura) Thompson; daughter-in-law Karen Thompson; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and siblings Bud Robinson, Marian Gier, and Joe (Brenda) Robinson.

Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. in the funeral home, with Pastor Tim Bussey officiating. Entombment will follow at North Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Martha's name, to the American Heart Association.
