MARY L. (DiCOLA) COZZOLI, age 103 of Canton, passed away Tuesday evening after an extended illness. Born in Magnolia, Ohio to the late Giacomo and Elizabeth (Trilli) DiCola, she was preceded in death by her daughter Dorothy Payne, brothers Herman, Victor, Ben, Patsy and John DiCola, and sister Jenny Rebellino. She lived in Florida for 37 years prior to coming back to Canton. Mary enjoyed her many years in Florida. She loved her pets, gardening, cooking and crafts. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Ann and Vince Cugini, son and daughter-in-law Ralph and Theresa Cozzoli all of Canton, grandchildren; Rodney Herman, Lisa DeComo, Michael Cugini, Matthew, Mark, John and James Cozzoli, 13 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Parish with Rev. Fr. Robert Lanterman, celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Manor Care and staff and Heartland for their compassionate care of their mother.
