Mary Inman Parker, who departed this life on Sunday, January 12, 2025, was born to the union of Lucille Tabbs and Ramond Rosario on November 12, 1941, in Canton, Ohio. She was adopted as an infant by Mamie Mitchell, and the entire Mitchell family, who loved and raised her as she were their own. Mary attended McKinley High School and graduated from Villa Maria Academy in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish at St. Joan of Arc Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her adoptive mother, her sons Darryl Currence, and Ron Inman, four brothers and four sisters. Mary is survived by her daughter Andrea Currence; daughter-in-law Andrea Anderson; grandsons Andrew Inman and Ronald Inman III; granddaughter Renell Inman; sister-in-law Ellen Tabbs; a host of nieces and nephews; and very special friend Hassie Pryor. Mary placed a very high value on friendship. She was a good and faithful friend for decades and she loved her dearly.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, January 24th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of a Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Guardian Angels Parish at St. Joan of Arc Church. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Mary requests that donations be made to the Siffrin Inc., an organization that provides help to people with developmental disabilities.
