Michael "Bubba" Wayne Downey II, age 31 of Canton, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021. Mike was born in Canton on January 9, 1990. He later became a self-employed contractor, and was able to use his handy skills working with his Dad and Uncle. Mike enjoyed many things throughout his life, but most of all he loved to go riding and spend time with his children and family.

Mike was preceded in death by his grandfather Terry Downey; great-grandparents George and Frankie Ferrara, and Don and Delores Lechner; and nephew Trystan Downey.

He is survived by his children Maddison Downey, My'Lah Downey, Maliyah Medal, and Joseph Medal III; his fiance Divanna Gibson; father Mike (Millie) Downey; mother Monica (Phil) French; grandparents Sharon and Larry Balcarcel, and Kathleen Stull. Also survived by sisters Justine (George) Stamoules and Sabrina Downey; step-sister Jessica Heath; step-brother Anthony Garrett; uncles, Uncle Bub and Rhonda, Jim (Missie), Terry (Namalda), and Randy Brewer; aunts Randi French and Missy Poulin; niece and nephews Dominic Downey, Alona and George Stamoules. He was deeply loved by more extended family and many friends.
