Michael E. Fete, age 61, of Canton, passed away on June 9, 2026.

A lifelong resident of Canton, Mike was a graduate of Perry High School. He found great joy in spending time with family and friends, as well as gardening, cooking, and camping. Whether sharing a meal, tending his garden, canning vegetables, or gathering around a campsite, he cherished the simple moments and the people he loved most.

Mike is survived by his parents, Eugene “Duke” and Diane (Dierdorf) Fete; his beloved children, Colin (Roxanne) Fete and Rachel (Robbie) Huff; his grandchildren, Row Fete and Connor Huff; his brother, Mark (Linda) Fete; his sister, Michelle (Ron) Bear; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ryan Fete.

Mike will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
