Michael “Mike” R. Rados, age 74 of Canton, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Born in Canton to the late Richard and Mae (Jullian) Rados on September 20, 1952. A graduate of Canton McKinley High School, he later retired from Republic Storage Systems after over 30 years of employment. He loved watching baseball and football games with his sons, and playing with his favorite dog, Jax.

Most importantly, Mike loved spending time with his wife and grandkids. He loved his family deeply. In one of his final conversations with his daughter, he shared just how much they meant to him, saying, “I love my family so much. I have such a good family.” These words will always be a reminder of the love and gratitude he carried for his family throughout his life.

Along with his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his brother Kelly Rados.

He is survived by his loving wife Leila (Cox) Rados; children Michael Rados, Paul Rados, and Carissa (Michael) Husk; seven grandchildren Kylee, Mackenzie, Nolan, Michael, Zachary, Adelynn, and Alaina. Also survived by his siblings Linda Ganoe, Nick (Joan) Rados, and Pam (John) Gastin.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Rossi Family Funeral Home at 12 noon on Friday, October 9, 2026. Interment to follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
