Nazha Assali age 86 of Canton passed away Sunday afternoon in Aultman Hospital after a brief illness. Nazha was born in Syria on July 17, 1927. She was a member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church. She was a former employee of Canton Health Care Center. She was preceded in death by her parents Nicholas and Hilaneh (Shaheen) Abauzakhim, one brother and six sisters. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Sam of the home and many neices and nephews. Family and friends will be

received Tuesday evening (tonight) from 6 to 8pm at the church and Wednesday one hour prior to the services from 10 to 11am. Trisagion services will be 7:30 pm Tuesday. Funeral services will be at 11am with Rev. Fr. Michael Corbin officiating assisted by Rev. Fr. Basil Shaheen. Interment will be at Westlawn cemetery. In lieu of flowers
