NEVA M. (MAUCIERI) MAY, age 77 of North Canton, passed away Saturday after an extended illness. Born in Canton to the late Giovanni and Rose (Buffo) Maucieri, she was preceded in death by her brother John A. Maucieri. She was a 1955 graduate of Timken Vocational High School and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in North Canton. Neva is survived by her husband of 57 years Kenneth May, daughter Christine May of Canton, grandchildren Jourdan May, Malik Hunley, great-grandchildren Jourdan May II, Payton May and sister and brother-in-law Amelia "Amy" (Maucieri) and John Tucker of North Canton. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday (Tonight) from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 am at St. Paul Catholic Church in North Canton with Rev. Fr. Jeffrey Stealey, celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Neva's name may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church, 241 S. Main St., North Canton, OH 44720.
