Norbert M. Quilligan "Mike," age 80 of Garfield Heights, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023. He was born in Canton on January 8, 1943 to the late Dr. Norbert E. and Loretta Quilligan. Norbert was a graduate from Canton Central Catholic High School and Walsh University. He later moved to Cleveland to begin his career as a teacher with Cleveland Public Schools.

Norbert was an active hunter and fisherman and an Eagle Scout. He was a member of both the TRW Rod & Gun Club and the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum in Cleveland.

He is survived by his children Diane Eber, Sean Quilligan, Jennifer (Shannon) Scott, Peter (Elisa) Quilligan, and Susan (Christopher) Maurer; nine grandchildren; and former spouse Hildegard Quilligan.

Private funeral services will be held. Inurnment to be in Calvary Cemetery.
