Norma J. (Rex) Billman age 92 of Canton, passed away early Saturday morning. Born in Canton to the late Fred D. and Lena (Rocco) Rex, she was preceded in death by her husband Franklin R. Billman and son Paul J. Billman. Norma was an active member volunteer of St. Joseph Catholic. She is survived by her sons Scott (Ruby) Billman, Frank F. Billman, five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and sister Linda McCoy. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, 10:00 am, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Msgr. Frank A. Carfagna celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
