Olen Paul Reed, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, died suddenly at home on February 1, 2025. He is survived by his wife Pearl Reed (nee Heatherly), three sons: Greg, Olen, and Byrun twelve grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was born in Philippi, West Virginia on August 28, 1941. After graduation from high school, he enlisted in the United States Army and served for six years. He then moved his family to Canton, Ohio. Where he lived until his death. He is well known in the Plain Local Schools area for being a championship coach for both little league football, baseball and basketball. Family and friends will be received on Friday, February 7th from 4 to 5 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home with services to follow at 5:00 pm. Interment will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
