Peggy “Despina” Rose (Blythe) Semedo, age 63 of East Canton, passed away Saturday, June 27th. Born in Canton to the late Gary Lee and Esther Rosetta (Shreffler) Blythe. She was also preceded in death by son Aristotle Socrates Papacostas. She was an active member of St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church. She Attended Fairless high school, and graduated from Louisville and RG Drage for restaurant management in 1981. Earned her associate degree in business management at Mansfield Business College. Peggy is survived by her children Michael Blythe, Theodoro Papacostas, Alexandria Papacostas, Anastasia Eggers, Ashley Trammell, and Abigail Eggers, ten grandchildren, five sisters, one brother and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 3rd from 10 to 11 am at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church with services to follow at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
