Pete L. Sklavounos, age 75 of North Canton, passed away peacefully at home on August 6, 2026. He was born in Alea, Greece on June 23, 1951 to the late Louis and Kalliope (Theofanopoulos) Sklavounos. Immigrating to the United States in 1969, Pete graduated from Fairless High School. He later continued his education at Malone College and Stark State College, eventually earning his Associate's Degree in Accounting.

Pete is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Christine (Andreadis) Sklavounos; daughter Kelly (Phillip) Wood; grandson Nolan Wood; and sister Dena (Paris) Apostolou. Also survived by his mother-in-law Nitsa Andreadis; brother-in-law Andrew Andreadis; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church. Funeral services will begin in the church at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at North Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church.
