Phyllis A. (Rotunno) Vaught, age 84 of Canton, passed away early Friday morning. She was born on September 1, 1934 in Long Island, New York to the late Lorenzo and Ingrinada (Stanco) Rotunno. Phyllis was preceded in death by her sister Rose Bardaro, and brothers Anthony F. and John R. Rotunno. She was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and a member of Christ the Servant Parish. Phyllis is survived by her husband of 59 years Leroy Vaught, brother Michael (Janet) Rotunno, sister-in-law Nelda Rotunno and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. in the funeral home, with Msgr. Lewis F. Gaetano officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
