It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Richard "Jr kid Richard" McAllister, known by many as Rick. Richard was born on February 17, 1968, and passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2025 and has gone to be with our Lord. Richard leaves behind his loving sister Jeanne Allen, Brother in law Bruce Allen Jr, Fiancé Patricia Gloria Lewis, Brother John L. McAllister and David K. McAllister and many nieces and nephews, cousin Roy Jr. Richard was a man of unrivaled character, full of heart and humility. He possessed an infectious spirit that was a beacon of light to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His resounding laughter and vivid storytelling will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. Richard attended culinary college, He enjoyed home cooked meals with meatloaf being one of his top favorites. He loved being with his hands in construction, His favorite colors were Dark blue, black and dark gray. He enjoyed being a history buff and enjoyed watching the world news and current events. Life is but a fleeting moment, but the impact we make during our lifetime lasts an eternity. To carry on Richard's legacy, we are requesting that any remembrance tributes be directed towards supporting the McAllister family during this unexpected time.
