Ricky G. Gallagher, age 70 of Massillon, passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Born in Canton to the late Lawrence and Virginia (Stephen) Gallagher, he was preceded in death by his siblings Dan Gallagher, Tim Gallagher, and Becky Tucker. Ricky was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Canton. He worked for Conrail Railroad and had a lifelong special love of music. He was a talented musician, writer, actor, comedian, prayer warrior, and beloved friend.

He is survived by his daughters Ranae (Ryan) Murtland, Angela (Eddie) Alnadi, grandchildren Nicolette (Gabe), Gage, Chase, Dustin, Brandon, and Micaela, great-grandchildren Colton, Gianna, Travis, Hailey, and Dominico, brothers Joe Gallagher and Ted (Maggie) Gallagher, sister Sharon Stubblefield, sister-in-law Diane Gallagher, brother-in-law Bob Tucker, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Parish of Canton. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
