Rita (Ray) Bridenthal, age 72 of Canton, passed away Monday. Born in Canton to the late Ivan L. Sr. and Rita (Becherini) Ray, she was also preceded in death by her brother Ivan L. Ray, Jr. and brother-in-law David Pelfrey. Rita was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her children Gary (Sheri) Kinsinger, Carol Kinsinger, Donald (Loretta) Kinsinger, seven grandchildren; Vincent and Christian Kinsinger, Gary Kinsinger III, Ashley Kinsinger, Michelle (Aubrey) Newell, Cruz and Maddison Pethtel, five great-grandchildren; Payton, A.J., Miley, Carson and Chloe, sisters Vivian (Frank) Meeker, Carol Ann Cronick, Barbara Jean (Larry) Strein, Karen Marie Ray, Jeannette Pelfrey. Respecting Rita's wishes there were no calling hours or service. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place at a later date.
