Rose Ann (Orlando) Smith, age 72 of Sistersville, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026. She was born in Canton, Ohio on September 11, 1953 to the late Mike and Janice (Sandy) Orlando, Sr. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Michele Orlando, Catherine Wetterauer, and Sherri Gore.

Rose Ann is survived by her husband of over 30 years, John Smith; sister Janine Orlando; daughter Jennifer (Todd) Jones, and their children Kaden (Samantha), Derek, and Megan Jones (Jake); daughter Steffany (Larry) Conger, and their children; two great grandchildren, many nieces, and cousins.

There will be a private family service held. Interment to be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local animal shelter.
