Sam Manos Jr., age 71, passed away peacefully. A devoted family man and man of God, Sam lived a life guided by faith, love, loyalty, and hard work. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Sam was a caring registered nurse, dedicating his life to helping and serving others. His compassion and kindness touched many lives throughout his career. He was the beloved son of the late Sam and Ann (Dimetriou) Manos. Sam was the beloved husband of Stacey (Codispoti) Manos, with whom he shared nearly 50 wonderful years of marriage. Together they built a life filled with love, devotion, and many cherished memories. He was a proud and loving father to Selena (Dan) McClain and Tony (Brandy) Manos. He was also a proud Papou to Drew (Sydney), Hayden, Saylor (Chase), Luke, and Bailey, who brought him great joy, and a loving great Papou to Colton. He is also survived by his sisters Stephanie (Mike) Boka, Tina (Guy) Bolon, and Stacie Manos, along with many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory. Sam will be remembered for his strong faith, his kindness, his sense of humor, and the unwavering love he had for his family. Visitation will begin at noon, followed by services at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 16 at Holy Assumption Orthodox Church, 2027 18th St NW, Canton, Ohio. Services will be officiated by Father Aaron Rutz, with Rev. Fr. Nicholas Halkias and Rev. Dr. Nicholas V. Gamvas assisting. Interment will be in Henry Warstler Cemetery. May his memory be eternal.
