Sandra (Sandy) Joan Keim Forchione passed away and entered the house of our Lord on December 30, 2015. She was born on November 5, 1936 to the late John L. and Helen( Brammer) Keim. Sandy was dearly loved by family and friends, and enjoyed time with her children and grandchildren. She married into an Italian family and loved the heritage, cooking and celebrating holidays with family. She was a life resident of Canton, Ohio. She graduated from Canton Lehman High School. She was retired from the Canton City School District, was a staff member at Canton McKinley High School and was an avid supporter of McKinley Bulldog Basketball. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank J. Forchione, her brother, Jack and sister-in-law Nina Keim, father and mother-in-law, Angelo Forchione and Florence Forchione, sister and brother-in-laws, Nancy and Olympic Barson and Mary and Sam Silla and brother-in-law, John Forchione. She is survived by her sons, Angelo Forchione (Kathy), The Honorable Judge Frank G. Forchione (Rachel), daughters, Dr. Faith Kittoe (Mark), Hope Forchione, Charity Ginella (Steve), Sandy Rhodes (Terry), and Dawn Thomas,(Michael). Grandchildren, Kira Krivosh, (Ryan Krivosh), Farah Kittoe, Michael Forchione, Christina Forchione, Mary Bock-Nelson(Jordan), Brandon and Lauren Rhodes, Trent and Brynn Thomas, Great-grandchildren, Michaelangelo Krivosh and Annabelle Bock-Nelson, sister-in-law Clare Forchione along with numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all individuals who helped with her care including dear friend and doctor, Dr. Michael Linz, Dr. David Linz, Dr. Elizabeth Baum, close family friend Tina Linz, the caring and amazing staff of Bethany Nursing Home, the gentleness and kind care from Crossroads Hospice, and very devoted and dear close friend, Marilyn Poulos. Family and Friends will be received Sunday, January 3 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 4 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Anthony's Church with Rev. Fr. Thomas Kraszewski as celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bethany Nursing Home or Wishes Can Happen. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
