Shirley C. (Reeve) Hess age 90 of North Canton, passed away Friday, October 7, 2016. Born in Cleveland to the late Charles and Viola (Triesel) Reeve, she was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence E. Hess, infant son David Hess and sister Dorothy LaBoda. Shirley has lived in the North Canton area since 1998 and was a member of Little Flower Catholic Parish. She is survived by her children Carol (Richard) Telford of Murrysville, PA, Lawrence (Phyllis) Hess of Crossville, TN, Ronald Hess (Mario Varela) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Beverly (Frank) Guzzo of North Canton, Kenneth (Kim) Hess of Pasadena, MD, eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 9 to 11 am at Little Flower Catholic Parish with a Mass of Christian burial to follow at 11:00, Rev. Fr. Leo Wehrlin celebrant. Internment will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in Shirley's name may be made to Little Flower Catholic Parish.  The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the Inn at Whitewood and Crossoads Hospice for their loving care.
