Shirley Wigginton, age 86 of Louisville passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022. Born in Mansfield to the late John and Rose (DiClaudio) Cass. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School. She worked for several local companies as an executive secretary and retired from the Canton City Schools as a Career Counselor. Shirley was a talented, award-winning flower designer for the Louisville, Canton, and Naples, Florida Garden Clubs. She was a Master Judge of the National Garden Clubs of America, and served as a mentor to many flower design students. Shirley was a certified Ikebana Sogetsu instructor and a member of the Ikebana International of Naples, Florida. She was also an avid golfer and liked spending the winters in Naples, Florida. Shirley will be greatly missed by all.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her brother Eugene Martinelli and son Marc Ziccardi. She is survived by her son Mike (Ismat) Ziccardi of Hudson; sister Iona (Fred) Givens of Louisville; nephew Steve (Rhonda) Givens of Louisville; and grandchildren Antonio Ziccardi, Valentina Ziccardi, Angela Fletcher of Las Vegas, and Erin Holloway of Missouri; and many great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A private burial will be held on Friday.
