Sophie (Macredes) Londos, age 90 of Canton, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2024. Born in Canton to the late Steve and Pangiota Macredes, she was also preceded in death by her brother Plato Anastas. She was a 1952 graduate of Canton McKinley High School, member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, and the Senior Citizens of Holy Trinity. She retired from United Way after 15 years of service as an office assistant. Sophie is survived by her son Steve A. Londos and sister Anna Kieselat. Family and friends will be received on Friday, November 1st from 10 to 11 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Fr. Nicholas Halkias officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
