Stanley James Szymanski, 63, was welcomed home by his Heavenly Father with a royal robe and a signet ring to his eternal reward June 19, 2020. He was the second born, on July 30, 1956 in Canton, Ohio of nine children to the late Jerome and Faye Szymanski. Stanley was a shy kid who expressed his tender heart through his beautiful smile more than speech. He was the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and spent much of his time serving at local soup kitchens. Even though he dwelt among them, humble service to the least of these was his preferred language of love; his car trunk was stacked with bread for the hungry and stuffed animals for empty children's arms. Stanley was a lonely sojourner possessing little this world values yet rich in Christ. Because of The Cross, Stanley's story has a happy ending; every wrong righted, every failure redeemed, every dream fulfilled.

Thy Kingdom Come

the first shall be last, the last shall be first

the least are the greatest

those who hunger and thirst

this life is a vapor, it's not what it seems

the weak become mighty their suffering redeemed

Love God with abandon Love others with Grace

how we love now determines our place

our life is a story all heaven will tell

go low and go slow and you'll finish well

the lowly will reign and the cripple will run

both now and forever, Thy Kingdom come.

Stanley was preceded in death by parents Jerome and Faye Szymanski. Services will celebrate Stanley's life Monday June 29th 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery via Rossi Family Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, pay love forward to stop with kindness for a broken one on your path. That would be the highest honor to his name.
