Stella C. (Shiepis) Symeonides, age 83 of Canton, passed away Monday evening. Born in Paphos, Cyprus to the late George and Eleni (Neophitou) Shiepis, she has lived most of her life in Canton. She was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. She was a very loving mother and family was her main priority. A very good woman, Stella was a friend to everyone. She is survived by her children Eleni (Tony) Granitsas, Georgia Fallenstedt, Joanna Fronimopoulos, Kiriakos Symeonides, nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, brother Rev. Fr. Constantine G. (Bertha) Shiepis, sister Androula (George) Marinakis and brother Alfredo (Brenda) Shiepis. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 10 to 11 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (47045 Fairhaven Ave. NW, Canton, OH) with services to follow at 11:00, Rev. Dr. Daniel Rogich officiating, assisted by Rev. Fr. Constantine G. Shiepis, Rev. Dr. Nicholas V. Gamvas and Rev. Dr. Deacon Keric Shiepis. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
