Stephanie A. (DeStefano) Hammond, age 60 of Canton, passed away early Friday morning. Born in Canton to the late S. Michael DeStefano and Ann (Fonte) Pechalk. She was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Kevin D. Hammond, children Corey Hammond, Kara (Wayne) Alton, grandchildren Caden Hershberger, Christian Hammond, Miranda Glover, Ava Alton, Jackson Alton, and step-mother Judy DeStefano. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
