Steve Konstantinou, age 71 of Canton, passed away on his birthday, Saturday, February 1, 2025, at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Kria Vrisi, Greece, he emigrated to Canton at the age of 16. Steve was a 1972 graduate of McKinley High School and attended the University of Akron. He was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. He was preceded in death by his father George Konstantinou. Steve is survived by his mother Maria (Demertsoglou) Konstantinou, brother Nick Konstantinou, aunt Sophia Michael, goddaughter Stavroula Fronimopoulos, and numerous cousins. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 10 to 11 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church with services to follow at 11:00 am, Rev. Fr. Nicholas Halkias officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, please send donations to the family to help defray expenses.
