Teddy C. Bowers, Sr., age 84 of Canton, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025. Born in Canton to the late Harry and Helen (Ditto) Bowers, he was also preceded in death by his daughter Charlotte Gehring; granddaughter Sara Gillard; sister Charlotte Bozeka; and infant brother Donald Bowers.

Ted was a retired steelworker having worked for the Timken Steel Company for 30 years. He was an avid lover of golf. Ted is survived by his wife Agnes P. (Arnold) Bowers; son Teddy C. Bowers, Jr.; son-in-law Randy Gehring; five grandchildren: Helena and Olivia Bowers, Teddy C. Bowers III, Billy (Amanda) Corn, Tara Corn; five great-grandchildren: Alyssa and Olivia Corn, Ledgend Drake, Dominic and Adeline Samanski.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ted's name may be made to Aultman Hospice.
