Teresa F. (Cecconi) Risaliti, of North Canton, passed away Thursday, September 13 ^th in her home surrounded by family. She was in her 100 ^th year of life. Teresa was born in Camden, NJ on October 21, 1918 to the late Eugene and Adele Cecconi and was a life-long resident of the Canton area. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and later North Canton St. Paul Catholic Church. Throughout her life, Teresa was in involved in the Stark County Coaches' Wives, Hi-Wives, the Northern Italian Club, Alter Rosary Society of St. Joan of Arc, Small Christian Communities of St. Paul, and the Senior North Canton YMCA. However, family and faith remained the focal point of her life. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Risaliti; siblings Marianna Marzoppi, Elisa Vasconi, Adam Cecconi, Iona David, Guido Cecconi and Ethel Cecconi. Teresa is survived by sons Dan J. (Sandy) Risaliti and Steve (Cindy) Risaliti; grandchildren Danny M. Risaliti, Christie (Bob) Hansen, Carleen (Sean) Spitzer, Mike (Jessica) Risaliti, Tracy (fiancé Richard Nicodemo) Risaliti, and Laura Risaliti. She is also survived by great-grandchildren Danny B., Hanna, Josh, Jake, Sydney, Ben, Max, and Tess; and numerous nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at St. Paul Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Mercy Hospice for their exceptional care at the end of Teresa's life.
