Theresa (Manderine) Leasure, age 95 of Canton, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018. She was born in Fulton Run, Pennsylvania on January 25, 1923 to the late Emanuel and Concetta Maderine. Theresa was a member of St. Anthony/All Saints Parish. She was an outgoing person who always had a smile on her face; she truly enjoyed socializing with everyone and cooking for others, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Along with her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband Arthur; sisters Carmel DiGiacomo, Catherine Sepich, Ann Gerber and Rose Meyer; brothers Anthony, James, Joseph, Louis, Sam and Bernard Manderine. She is survived by her children Art (Sue) Leasure and Cindy Wingerter; grandchildren Amy Leasure, AJ (Lisa) Leasure and Chuck (Dawn) Wingerter; great-grandchildren Braxton and Mason Leasure, and Vincent and Gibson Wingerter. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and caregivers at Bethany Nursing Home. Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at St. Anthony/ All Saints Parish at 10 a.m., with Rev. Fr. Tom Kraszewski as celebrant. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
