Thomas "Tom" L. Harmon, age 70 of Canton, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 in Estero, Florida. He was born in Canton on October 13, 1954 to the late Daryl and Waffie (Holland) Harmon. Tom graduated from Canton Lincoln High School in 1972. He after was elected into public office for the next 30 years, becoming the Canton Municipal Court Clerk, followed by the Stark County Commissioner. Tom was the former owner of Harmon's Pub, and in his free time he enjoyed golfing and loved keeping up with the Canton McKinley Bulldogs, Minnesota Vikings, and New York Yankees.

Along with his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his brother Dick Harmon. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Carlene; son Lance Harmon; step-children Ryan Boron and Jesse Boron; and one grandchild.

Tom was a devoted public servant who helped many people. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and community. There will be no services held at this time.
