Timothy L. Gallagher, age 57 of Canton, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2020. He was born in Canton to the late Lawrence and Virginia Gallagher on February 14, 1962. Tim graduated from Timken Vocational High School, where he received the Timken Head Hunter Award, All County, and the WHBC-MVP award. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Dan Gallagher, and brother-in-law Bob Stubblefield. Tim is survived by his children Jenny (Nathaniel) Sheen, Sarah Gallagher, and Emily (Taylor) Smothers; siblings Joseph Gallagher, Rick Gallagher, Rebecca (Bob) Tucker, Sharon Stubblefield, and Ted (Margaret) Gallagher; and sister-in-law Diana Gallagher. Also survived by eight grandchildren Madison and Liam Sheen, Landon and Gabriel Fetterman, Leah Plavka, Eleanor Gallagher, Ryanne Cutlip, and Jayden Smothers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Monday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Canton, at 10 a.m.
