The family of Tracey Renee Doud Lorenz of Canton is saddened to announce her sudden passing on Monday, February 21, 2022 at the age of 53 years. She is survived by husband Chris Lorenz; daughters Victoria (Jonathan) French and Doreen Montano; stepchildren Eddie, Peggy, and Jessica Montano; beloved grandchildren Alaric French, Gracelyn Tengelitsch, Bartholomew Ballejos, and Arslan Montano; parents James and Doreen Doud; sisters DeAnn (Rich) Leach, Sondra (Ken) Easterly, and Jamie (George) Macris; and several nephews, nieces, friends, and her dog Pepper. Tracey graduated from GlenOak High School in 1986 and attended the University of Toledo for pharmaceutical science. She later moved to Arizona where she obtained a certification in medical billing and coding. After residing in Arizona for over 20 years, she returned to Canton with her family. She was self-employed. In her early years, she enjoyed swimming at the Catalano house across the street, Girl Scouts, playing clarinet in the marching band and bassoon during the concert season, and her favorite food was Noble Roman's breadsticks. She enjoyed playing card games, celebrating Halloween and Christmas, and family get-togethers. Her interests most recently included anything purple, reading, Nordic mythology, gardening, Criminal Minds and cooking shows, watching Hotel Transylvania with Alaric, attending sporting events with Chris, shopping with her mom, getting her nails done, and gift giving. She was a longtime fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and was thrilled to see them in this year's Super Bowl. Tracey was a very loving person and her family will have many fond memories of her to cherish, including many family vacations to Myrtle Beach and her recent win over them all during a euchre tournament. Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 4, from 5-6:45 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral home with services to follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Josh Ware.
