Vane Gichevski, age 62 of Canton, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017. He was born on January 20, 1955 in Bach, Macedonia. Vane worked as a machinist for the Akron Central Engraving Mold and Machine Company. He was preceded in death by his father Vladimir Gichevski. He is survived by his mother Vera Gichevski; wife Sellena Gichevski; three children Danny (Kate) Gichevski, Cathy (Mike) Fisher, and Christie (Aaron) Leapline. Also survived by sisters and brothers Jordan (Vicki) Gichevski, Dragi (Carol) Gichevski, Nada (Kiro) Krstevski, amd Ancha Gichevski; five grandchildren Hannah, Grace, Olivia, Avery, and Ella; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received Wednesday evening at the Rossi Family Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m., with Panihida services starting at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at 11 a.m. at St. Nikola Macedonian Orthodox Church (5305 Massillon Rd. North Canton, OH 44720), with the Very Rev. Zoran Zdravev as celebrant. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
