Vincent Monteleone of Massillon, Ohio passed away early Tuesday morning, March 13 ^th , 2018 at his home. He was born in Canton, Ohio to the late Frank and Josephine Monteleone. He also was preceded in death by his sister Mary Silla (Joe). He was an army veteran who served in the Korean war. He loved spending time with his family and friends, going on car rides to the casino, and playing the Ohio lottery – Pick 3! His favorite number to play was 500. Vincent retired from AT&T after 38 years and also worked for Central Allied. He is survived by his wife Virginia (Monastra) Monteleone of 62 years. His sons Gary (Rose), Vince (Patti), daughter-in-law Susan, grandchildren Jennifer, Lauren, Adrienne, Anthony, Ashley, and great-grandchildren Antonio, Deangelo, Mariah, Landon, Lillian. Calling hours will be at Rossi Family Funeral Home on Thursday, March 15 ^th from 5-8pm. There will be a Mass of Christian burial to honor Vincent on Friday, March 16 ^th at St. Mary's in Massillon at 11am. Rev. Fr. Ed Gretchko celebrant. Interment will be at Calvary cemetery.
