Virginia "Tootie" E. (Crouse) Wise age 66 of North Canton, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 26th. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland to the late Billy and Evelyn (Miller) Crouse, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Charles R. Wise. Tootie retired from Ramsburg Insurance Agency after 21 years of service. She enjoyed scrap booking and motorcycle riding but most of all she loved being with her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons Chad (Tiffany) Wise, Charlie Wise, grandsons Brock, Mitchell, Chase, Blake, and Mason Wise. A Celebration of Life Open House will be held at Walther's Twin Tavern on Sunday, September 12th from 1 to 4 pm.
