Wendy D. Vaught age 52 of Canton, passed away Thursday. A life resident of Canton, she was a 1988 graduate of Glen Oak High School. She went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in History from Kent State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Akron, and her Master's Degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University. Wendy was employed with MS Society of Independence, Ohio. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Wendy is survived by her parents, John Vaught, Judy Vaught, brothers John (Amber) Vaught of North Canton, Dr. Martin Vaught of Uniontown, niece Ava Vaught, aunts Susan Rooney, Nancy Biggerstaff, uncles Dan Rooney and Michael Rooney. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 6 t0 8 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 11:00 am, at. St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Brian Cline celebrant. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery.
