Andrew A. Dasco, Sr., age 84 of North Canton, passed away early Friday morning, after a brief illness. Born in Canton to the late Sam and Millie (Valentine) Dasco, he was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Adeline (Muoio) Dasco, three infant children, sisters-in-law Teresa Dasco, and Mary Ciraci, brothers-in-law Robert Muoio, Andy Ciraci, Earl Vernier, Larry Silagy, and Paul Pucci, and uncle/brother-in-law, Dominic Dasco. He was a member of St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish. Andrew was a barber by trade, and owned Cutters Unlimited for 38 years. He enjoyed his over 30 years of involvement with the Pro Football Hall of Fame Transportation Committee, and for the past 25 years was the chief coordinator of the St. Anthony Golf League. Andrew was also a member of the Canton Ex-Newsboys. Andrew is survived by his son Andrew A. Dasco, Jr., brother Ron (Cindy) Dasco, niece Lyndsay (Alex) Reed, sisters-in-law Rosanne Pucci, Virginia Vernier, Joyce Muoio, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends in Canton and Florida. Andrew was truly loved and will missed by all; his was a life well-lived. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, December 30th from 5 to 7 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, 10:00 am, at St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish with Rev. Fr. Tom Kraszewski celebrant. Entombment will be in Northlawn Cemetery.
