Clyde E. Sheneman

Clyde E. Sheneman passed away at his home in Canton, Ohio on September 20, 2023 at the age of 83. He was born in Sugarcreek, Ohio to the late Russell and Ollie. He was raised with 11 siblings. He moved to the Canton area at age 15 and spent most of his years driving truck. He loved bluegrass and gospel music. He sang, played guitar, mandolin and bass for several groups who knew his as “Shorty”. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Wilma, daughter-in-law Teresa, daughter Connie (Geof) Uhle and grandchildren Margie and Jakob, sister Maxine Wright, and brother Gary Sheneman. His son Steven preceded him in death in 2022. He is buried at Sunset Hills Burial Park on Everhard Road in Canton.
