Frances A. (Cassille) Simia, age 93 passed away suddenly Monday evening. Born in Akron, Ohio to the late Frank and Dorothy (Limetone) Cassille, she was proceeded in death by her sister Connie Greku. She was a graduate of Canton McKinley High School and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Frances was part owner of Willow Springs where she worked at the front desk till it closed in the mid 1980's. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Albert Simia, daughter and son-in-law Francesca and Aaron Burgess , her grandchildren, whom she adored and were the joy of her life, Addison and Isabella Burgess, brother-in-law Gene Simia, sister-in-law Doris Karras, beloved nieces and nephews; Bud Greku, Mark Greku & Tami Bahney, Pam (Tom) Schott, Sharon (Jon) Crush, Susan Bianchi & Sonny Rave, Gene (Yvonne) Simia, Jr., many great-nieces and great-nephews. There will be no calling hours per her wishes. A Private Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 11:00 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Edward Beneleit, celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Radha Podugu and Kali Gray for their excellent care.
