James “Jim” W. Joseph, age 75 of Canton, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021. He was born in Morgantown, West Virginia on August 9, 1945 to the late Alma “Abe” and Alma Joseph. Jim retired after 34 years as a truck driver for Reiter Dairy, and later began his dream job working at golf courses for Sable Creek and Raintree. He was an avid bowler as well as an outdoorsman - he loved fishing, hunting, and of course, golfing! Jim was a member of the Buckeye Corvette Club, the Moose Lodge of Mogadore, and the Union Stuart for Teamsters Local 348.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Rita Joseph; sons Tony (Julie) Barbuto of Canton, Mike Barbuto (Casey Warren) of Louisville; daughter-in-law Theresa Barbuto of Canton; and grandchildren Alyssa, Nicolas, Brady, Kyle, Jacob, Luke, and Matthew. Also survived by sister Carolyn McCardle of Akron and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Monday from 2 to 3:45 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home at 4 p.m.
