Tara Jean Randall, 35, of Canton Ohio, died unexpectedly at her home in Columbus, Ohio on 8 September 2021. Born with street smarts, a wicked sense of humor, and a love for music, fashion and photography, Tara “Bean” grew up in Canton, Ohio and Conyers, Georgia. She was a graduate of GlenOak High School, class of 2004. Tara attended Kent State University and completed a minor in Creative Writing before transferring and graduating with a BFA from Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD) in Film, Photography and Writing in 2008. Through college until her untimely death, Tara enjoyed working as a Photographer, Photo Assistant, Digital Retoucher, Stylist and Makeup Artist. She worked at Columbus Lifestyle magazine CMH magazine and was a digital retoucher for retail giant L Brands. She had just recently started her own company, Tara J Randall Photography, and was enthusiastically building up her clientele list. Tara was a loving Mother to two beautiful children, Gibson, 7; and Mina, who turned 6 just 4 days prior to Tara’s death. She also shared her home with a sweet mix of rescue dogs and cats who were a comforting presence for all. Tara enjoyed reading to her children at bedtime and actively engaged them in outdoor play and artistic endeavors. She is survived by her children, Gibson and Mina, 3 dogs: Woobie, Pepe, Bella; and 2 cats, Bonnie and Steve; her partner of 8 years Gilles Plante; her mother Cathy Yoho and father James Randall; two brothers, James M. Randall and Wyatt P. Randall; and siblings Brian, Jamie, Christopher, and Heather; maternal grandparents Connie and Jerry Yoho; three especially close aunts, Lisa Yoho, Laura Yoho, and Kristen "Miss AK' Baringer; and and lifelong friend, Brittany Van Keulen. Private Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 2nd, at Sunset Hills Burial Park in Canton, Ohio. Memorials and donations may be made to Connie Yoho.
