Theodossios Pantelidis

Theodossios Pantelidis age 86 of Canton, passed away Tuesday evening. Born in Drama, Greece to the late Haralambos and Alexandra (Papadopoulos) Pantelidis, he was preceded in death by his grandson and namesake Theodossios Xanthopoulos, brothers Kiriakos, Alex Pantelidis, and sisters Eleni Pantelidis and Despina Papadopoulos. Teddy was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Men's Club, and the Pontian Society. He retired in 1997 from Sugardale/FreshMark after 27 years of service. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. Teddy always had a big smile for everyone. He always enjoyed going to the mall with his walking buddies. Teddy is survived by his wife of 61 years Eftihia (Jordanides) Pantelidis, daughters Alexandra (Pete) Geniatakis, Helen (Tom) Xanthopoulos, four grandchildren Christos and George Xanthopoulos, Eftihia Geniatakis, Demetrios (Jen) Geniatakis, great grandson Greyson Eugene Geniatakis, brothers John (Efthimia) Pantelidis, and Taso (Cassiani) Pantelidis, and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 10 to 11 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church with services to follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Fr. Nicholas Halkias officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Teddy's name may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
